  1. Private bookings may be paid in full at booking or at the first session.
  2. Corporate invoices are payable within seven days of receipt.
  3. Written cancellation at least 14 days before a course receives a full refund; later cancellations before commencement receive a 50% refund. Once a course begins, refunds are not offered.
  4. Sessions missed without 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and charged.
  5. If The Voice Business cancels a session, you may receive a full refund or attend a comparable future session.
